All customer personal data obtained during visits to joygo.ee and while making purchases are treated as confidential information. We do not disclose such data to third parties unless there is a legal basis for doing so.

Communication between the bank and the buyer is protected by SSL security protocol, which ensures that exchanged information cannot be intercepted or altered by unauthorized persons.

When paying for a purchase by credit card, the customer enters their data directly into the payment provider’s secure server environment. The storage of customer data is governed by agreements between the banks, the payment service provider, and Joygo OÜ, and is supervised in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

If desired, the customer has the right to request deletion of their data from the joygo.ee databases in accordance with applicable law. The customer also has the right to notify us of their wish not to receive future offers from us.
