Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact JOYGO as soon as possible at [insert support email].

If the cancellation request is received in time, the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days to the same payment method or bank account used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

For approved returns, refunds are processed within 5 working days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
If an item is out of stock or cannot be supplied, JOYGO may cancel the order and offer:
a new delivery time
a replacement product
or a full refund
If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 14 days.

JOYGO reserves the right to cancel orders affected by obvious pricing or technical errors. If payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded without undue delay.

Refunds may be refused if returned goods do not meet the return conditions, including cases where the product has been used, damaged, is incomplete, or missing original packaging.
