Returns & Claims Policy
At JOYGO, customers have the right to return goods within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.
To be eligible for return, the item must be:
unused
undamaged
complete
in its original packaging

Returned goods must be sent back within 30 days from submitting the return request. Please include proof of purchase.
Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered, we will review the case and provide a suitable solution.
Products sold by JOYGO are covered by a 2-year claims period under applicable Estonian consumer protection law. Claims for defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or accidental damage are not covered.
Returns, exchanges, and claims are usually processed within 7 days after receipt.
